Veterans Advisory Board Positions Reopened

WALLA WALLA – After receiving no applications, Walla Walla County had reopened the process seeking five applicants on the Veterans’ Relief Advisory Board (VRAB). The VRAB is responsible to advise the county commissioners, in coordination with the Dept. of Human Services, on the needs of indigent veterans, the resources available to them, and programs that could benefit them and their families.

Applicants must be residents of Walla Walla County and a veteran to serve. Applications may be obtained from the county website at http://www.co.walla-walla.wa.us or at the Walla Walla County Commissioners’ Office at 314 W. Main, Walla Walla, or by calling (509) 524-2505. Call or email wwcocommissioners@co.walla-walla.wa.us with any questions.

Applications are due by Wed., Feb. 7.
