There were no permits issued in Waitsburg or Starbuck in November.

Nov. 1 - Jeromy Phinney, 312 E. Trement, Dayton; Construct a 15 x 14 wooden deck and pergola.

Nov. 1 - Daniel Scully, Jr., 605 East Dayton Ave., Dayton; Adding 3 eight-foot tall sections of fence that are 16” wide to an existing 6 foot fence, for privacy.

Nov. 2 - Columbia County Public Hospital District # 1, 1012 S 3rd; Dayton; remodel two rooms for a hyperbaric chamber.
