Arraignments:

-Juan C. Casteneda, 19, Pasco. Charged with one count of first degree burglary – armed with a deadly weapon, four counts of first degree assault and four counts of unlawful imprisonment – armed with a deadly weapon. Charges stem from an incident on Sept. 20 when Casteneda and two other men are accused of entering a trailer, threatening people in the trailer, and shooting a man in the thigh. Witnesses reportedly identified Casteneda through social media. Casteneda and Blake Charles Wallace were arrested, with the help of Pasco detectives and the Tri-City Regional SWAT team...
