Dayton Businesses Attend WW Business Forum

 


DAYTON – Brad McMasters, the Port of Columbia’s Economic Development Coordinator attended the fifth-annual Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Summit on May 12 at the Marcus Whitman Hotel, along with two local business owners, Jonathan Betts, owner of Manila Bay Café, and Kim Clark, manager of Bluewood Ski Resort.

Lou Zacharilla, co-founder of the Intellegent Community Forum, Kelley Moore, multimedia expert, and Joe Spray, Senior Vice President of External Relations for Alaska Airlines were keynote speakers.

Breakout sessions included topics such as building a culture of customer service, bulletproofing your business, succession planning, alternative vs. traditional financing, human resources issues, and a roundtable of local entrepreneurs.
