Waitsburg Falls to L-W, Colton to End Season
Lady Cardinals finish with 12-9 record after straight set losses at districts

COLFAX – The Waitsburg volleyball team ended its season here Saturday with a loss to Colton in three sets, 25-17, 25-14, 25-8, in the 1B District Tournament.
On Wednesday, the Lady Cardinals lost to Lacrosse-Washtucna in the opening round of district play, also in three sets.
For the tournament, Devon Harshman had three kills and four blocks. Analise Arya and Jade Alleman both had two blocks. Chloe Pearson had eight digs and Timber Frohreich had six digs.
Four seniors played their last games for the Lady Cardinals last week: Araya, Alleman, Frohreich and Taylor Hays.
