Sweet Adeline's Get Spicy

WALLA WALLA – The Blue Mountain Chorus Sweet Adelines will hold their annual show, Sweet! Variety . . . the Spice of Life!, on Fri. Oct. 16 at 7:30 p.m. in Cordiner Hall (345 Boyer Ave., Walla Walla).

This year the Sweet Adelines will be joined by the Mill Creek Jazz Ensemble. In addition, talented entertainers from the Walla Walla Valley, including Ballet Folklorica, Anna and Jesse Burgess, Steppin’ Country, and solo performers will add a new dimension to the chorus’ a capella performances.

Several local ladies participate in the chorus including: Barb Knopp, Jan Nealey, Margaret Terry, Marilyn Johnson and Vanessa Leamy.

Tickets may be purchased at Book & Game and Whitman College Bookstore, both in Walla Walla. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors/students. Remaining tickets will be available at the door.
