WAITSBURG - Inmates from the Washington State Penitentiary will provide the work force necessary to revi­talize the grandstands at the Waitsburg fairgrounds next month. For a fee of $200 a day, the Penitentiary will supply a crew of ten inmates as well as a supervisor.
