Valley Girls Barrel Racing Association will be presenting the 35th Annual "Barrel Daze" at the Walla Walla Fairgrounds from April 12- 14. Competitors will come from every state west of the Mississippi, Alaska and 3 Canadian Provinces to com- pete for $190,000 in cash and awards. Contestants from 4 years old to 80+! You are all invited to come and be a spectator & shop in one of the largest western trade shows in the North- westhellip; Admission is free.
The American Legion Post #42, VFW Post #5549 and Blue Mountain Heritage Society of Dayton wish to thank everyone who helped to make the 5th Annual Spring Bingo event held March 23, a huge success. With the dona- tions of prizes and money a fun night was had by all. Lots of players won hams and other great prizes. All pro- ceeds go to maintenance of the Dayton Veterans Memo- rial and the B.M.H. Society building and maintenance fund.
