- Implementation of recommendations from AWAC Risk Mgt. visit

- Reports on lifeguard train- ing, website progress, 2010-2011 audit from State of WA, BARS work- shop, facility improve- ments wish list.

- Filing period is April 13- 17 for Commissioners.

- New business: Office computer needed, bud- get hearing workshop w/ Strategic Planning session on 4/25, budgeting spread- sheet, new district poli- cies written as per audit, disposal and advertising of usable materials no longer needed.
