Samantha Moss and Seth Deal received the November Exchange Club Youth of the Month award Monday, November 19 at a noon luncheon held at the Marcus Whitman Hotel. Moss is the daughter of Becky Sailer. She currently has a GPA of 3.968 and is first in her graduating class. Mossa hopes to study engineering at Washington State University next fall. Seth Deal is the son of Bob and Veronica Deal. His GPA is 3.932 and he is second in the Class of 2013. Deal is undecided at the moment concerning where he will attend college, but he hopes to run cross country and track at the collegiate level; he would also like to study something in the field of business. Each month the WW Exchange Club honors outstanding seniors from the high schools located in Walla Walla County. At the end of the school year two outstanding seniors will be selected as Youth of the Year and receive a $1,000 scholarship.
