Waitsburg

Theft of checks and forgery reported on West Fourth

Street. Victim reported that several checks had been stolen

and forged from August 2011 until February 2012, investigation continuing.

Theft of meat and trespassing reported on Stonecipher

Road, reported for information and extra patrol. A property

owner was issued a second infraction for an ongoing county

code violation in East Highway 124.

A vehicle versus deer collision on McCowan Road, no

injuries to driver, deer died at scene.

Deputy stopped a vehicle he recognized as being driven by

a suspended driver who had warrants for his arrest, driver also

provided deputy with false name, the driver was arrested for

driving while license suspended in the third degree, providing false information to an officer and a warrant out College

Place Municipal Court, vehicle was towed. Warrant service at

123 Main Street, deputy on patrol observed subjects known to

him leaving the MMA fights and had them ran for warrants

one man was arrested on warrants out of Walla Walla Police

Department.

Dayton

Fraud reported on Rogers Gulch Lane, currently under

investigation. Open door reported on South Second Street,

investigated by deputy, homeowner alerted.

Commercial burglary reported on Lyons Ferry Road, entry

made by breaking kitchen window, cigarettes, beer and cash

reported stolen, no suspects identified, under investigation.

Civil dispute on East Dayton Avenue, settled by deputy

contact. Suspicious person or circumstance reported on West

Clay Street. Suspicious person or circumstance reported on

North First Street. Trespassing reported on Stonecipher Road.

Telephone scam reported on East Touchet Street. Civil

issue reported on East Dayton Avenue. Inmate work crew at

North Pine Street. Dog attack against another dog reported on

Lower Hogeye Hollow Road. Injured deer reported on North

Touchet Road, deputy unable to locate. Harassment reported

on South Fifth Street, deputy response to scene. Theft of long

board reported on East Main Street. Commercial burglary

reported on Highway 12, under investigation.

Commercial burglary reported on Highway 12, forced entry made, change drawer and $15 taken, under investigation.

Report of individual using county dumpsters at fairgrounds/

golf course for large amounts of private/construction garbage.

Trespass reported on South Second Street. Reckless vehicle

reported on Highway 12.

Person locked keys in vehicle at Campground 6 on Tucannon Road, Deputy gave citizen a ride to Last Resort so that he

could use the phone. Vehicle versus deer collision, non-injury.

Driving with a suspended license in the third degree on South

Fourth Street. Uncontrolled burn reported.

Suspicious person or circumstance reported at the Juvenile

Pond. Hit and run accident reported on West Main Street.

Civil dispute over personal belongings on East Washington Avenue. Theft of pills reported on North Front Street.
