The popular Bull Bash will return to the Columbia County Fair this month

Touchet Valley Call toPrayer 7 p.m. at the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dayton.

Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days Gates open at 8 a. m., Walla Walla Fairgrounds. There will be exhibits, livestock competitions, pro rodeo events, concerts and more. Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for children.

Wednesday Wine Night with Saviah Cellars 5 to 8 p.m., The Weinhard Cafeacute;, 258 E. Main, Dayton. Table-side wine tasting event with Saviah Cellars. Receive 50% off first bottle of Saviah wine with the purchase of a seasonally-insp ired entree that night and each Wednesday of September. Reservations highly recommended 509-382-1681.

Dayton Young Life Kickoff 5 p.m. at the Dayton High School football field, a barbecue for high school students.

Acoustic Jam Night 6:30 p.m. at Skye Book & Brew in Dayton.

Wheelin Walla Walla Weekend 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., downtown and throughout Walla Walla. It's a two-day classic car show. Cruise-in Friday night.

Columbia County Fair at the county fairgrounds on North Pine Street. Concerts, bull riding, dances.

Kirkman House Museum. Lamb barbecue and sheep hearing, spinning and weaving demonstrations.

Backyard Chickens 101 Workshop 1 to 3 p.m., Sustainable Living Center, WEC Classroom in Walla Walla. Learn about raising chickens for eggs and meat in your backyard.

American Cancer Society Relay for Life

Check-in is at 3 p.m. on Saturday and it is held at the Dayton High School track.

Book and Bake Sale, All You-Can-Eat Breakfast 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., Prescott Lions Community Center.

11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Bruce House Museum.
