The transportation of wind mill parts on Highway 12 has all but stopped, according to an official from Puget Sound Energy. All blades, turbines, towers and nacelles for the 149 mills of the Lower Snake River Wind Energy Project's Garfield County portion have been delivered. About 100 of the towers, seen here at sunset, have been constructed.
