    Karen Lynn Mohney, age 53, died March 15, 2015 at the Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. She was flown there from Heppner, Ore. on Saturday where she suffered an apparent stroke. She and her family were hosting a St. Patrick's Day dog trial in Heppner. While having dinner that evening she became stricken with a headache.     Waitsburg Mar. 17 Traffic stop on Harmon Street. Deputy stopped subject riding an ATV on the streets. Rider was issued a citation for driving while license suspended 3rd degree, an infraction for negligent driving, 2nd degree, and riding an ATV on the roadway.
