Rich and Julie Berg passed away within a week of each other last month in Everett, Wash. Julie Mings was the daughter of Cecil and Lena Mings of Dayton. Rich was the son of Evelyn and Vernon Berg of Lowden. Rich and Julie are survived by their children Mike and Heather. A celebration of life was held in Everett earlier this month for Rich. Ten Years Ago April 6, 2016 Many years ago, too many to count but not enough to care, a Times reporter was motoring past the Huntsville Airport and witnessed a rectangular white object fluttered down out of the sky. Don H. Palmer passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016, at his home. He was born August 14, 1934, in Alton, Utah to Jesse Milo Palmer, Jr. and Ella Heaton Palmer.
