Good ole banana bread: often thought of when you see those ripe bananas starting to go to waste. This recipe, shared from by friend, Lara, was served at our church coffee hour. As you can see, its where I can taste test it before I share it. I chose this recipe for this week because I have been lacking in vegetable dishes. I mentioned before that my vegetables are mostly eaten plain. I have made this casserole several times EXCEPT I haven't used the artichoke hearts and red pepper. The other person in my household doesn't like red peppers, but the next time I make it, I will get the artichoke hearts and red peppers.
