I mentioned I would share the chicken enchiladas recipe this week, though I confess I did not make it. It came from All Recipes, with a 4.5 star and commented that it was an easy and quick dinner. I received the nicest phone call from a lady who told me she really likes the Frittata recipe, and shared that she added Italian seasoning (a tablespoon if I remember correctly). Delores Elaine (Olds) Gohlman was born in Grass Valley, Oregon on November 13, 1917 to Rella (Marlin) Olds and Frank Olds. She entered Heaven's gates on March 2, 2017. Delores attended Milton schools and graduated from McLoughlin High School in 1935. She married Herman E. Gohlman on August 16, 1939. Good ole banana bread: often thought of when you see those ripe bananas starting to go to waste. This recipe, shared from by friend, Lara, was served at our church coffee hour. As you can see, its where I can taste test it before I share it. I have not had banana bread with sour cream, mostly because I don’t care for sour cream, but it added moisture and complimented the flavor. I chose this recipe for this week because I have been lacking in vegetable dishes. I mentioned before that my vegetables are mostly eaten plain.
