DAYTON – A wildfire that started Saturday afternoon about seven miles south of Dayton on North Touchet Road was mostly contained by Monday morning. DAYTON—At their regular meeting on July 28 Columbia County Health System commissioners approved a resolution to create a link to Banner Bank on the CCHS website.
