Arraignments - Marshall Hernandez, 56, Dayton; charged with first degree burglary and assault in the second degree – strangulation. Charges stem from an incident on Oct. 29 in which Hernandez is accused of kicking open the door of a home and accusing a woman of taking his hair conditioner.
