    WAITSBURG – Ballots for Waitsburg’s annual city elections were mailed last Friday and completed ballots must be returned to City Hall by 8 p.m. on April 17 or must have an April 17 or earlier postmark.     DAYTON – The City of Dayton has filed suit in Columbia County Superior Court, asking the court to declare the property at 119 E. Commercial Street in Dayton a public nuisance.
