vehicle recovered on S. Touchet Road. Dangerous wild

animal reported on N. 5th; coons in live trap were relocated.

Suspicious situation on S. 3rd Street. Semi blocking entry to

business on W. Main Street. Drugs reported on E. Main; concerning marijuana, subject may be issued trespass warning.

April 3

Suspicious vehicle reported on N. Touchet Road. Report

of dumping garbage in yard on E. Patit Avenue. Information

received on Amber Alert on Highway 12.

April 4

Physical domestic violence reported on E. Washington

Avenue. Illegal burning on W. 2nd Street. Suspicious person

reported on S. 3rd Street. Citizen dispute on 501 Tucannon

Street (Starbuck), theft of cinder blocks and a pole building.

Mail scam reported. Phone harassment on E. Richmond Avenue. Theft of couch on E. Hannan Street.

April 5

Suspicious person in vehicle on W. Main. Open door to

main building at Wilbur Ellis. Citation on Tucannon Street

(Starbuck) for expired tabs, no valid ID and no insurance.

April 6

Commercial burglary at commercial business on W.

Main. Report of explosion on N. Touchet Road; determined

to be planned explosion. Traffic stop on W. Main resulted

in arrest of two subjects with warrants. Suspicious male reported on E. Richmond Avenue; unable to locate.

April 7

Standby assist as person is escorted from building on

W. Main. Property dispute on Tucannon Road (Starbuck).

Non-injury accident on Mead Road; semi flatbed truck slid

off roadway on soft shoulder. Adults reported to be catching

fish at kiddie pond on S. 2nd. A deer caught in fence on dike

was freed. Report of car being driven without permission on

S. 4th Street.

April 8

Elderly citizen with dementia walked away from home;

found along Highway 12 and taken to Dayton General Hospital. Citation for no proof of insurance and warning for

brake light on W. Cameron Street. Report of threats being

made on E. Main Street. Report of threats on Main Street

(Starbuck). Found wallet brought to courthouse. Citation

for following too close on Highway 12. Citation for speed

on Highway 12. Report of reckless semi on Highway 12,

unfounded. Report of bike vs. car in game of "Chicken" on

S. 4th Street. Vehicle prowl on S. 3rd Street, nothing taken.

Information report; wet floors in bathrooms at flour mill.

April 9

Vehicle prowl on E. Main Street. Littering on E. Patit Avenue. Found wallet turned in. Threats and trespassing reported

on Tucannon Street (Starbuck). Trespassing reported on S.

Touchet Tribal Road. Possible DUI reported on Highway

12, unfounded. Vehicle prowl reported on S. 3rd Street. Report of partially blocked alley on S. 3rd Street. Vehicle prowl

reported on E. Richmond Avenue, unfounded.

April 10

Violation of protection order on W. 1st Street. Traffic citation on S. 1st Street.

April 11

Vehicle prowl reported on S. 3rd Street. Unwanted subject

reported on S. 3rd Street. Criminal mischief reported on N.

Front & Commercial Streets. Welfare check on disoriented

male on E. Main Street. Report of deer with broken legs on

Highway 12, unable to locate.

April 12

Vehicle egged for second time in two days on N. Front

Street. Citizen dispute on W. Clay Street, landlord seeking

assistance regarding vacant house.

Report of suspicious behavior by neighbor on E. Dayton

Avenue. Possible DUI reported on Highway 12, unable to

locate.

April 13

Information report on subjects on E. Commercial Street.

April 14

Dogs at large on E. Richmond Avenue, City advised. Harassment reported on W. Clay Street. Welfare check on adult

male by Highway 12, unable to locate. Report of cows near

highway on Highway 12. Confused, elderly subject on S. 6th

was helped back home.
