Dispute among neighbors on S. 4th Street; contact made by deputies. Phone harassment reported on S. 3rd Street; call was received from Prankdial.com.

Dec. 17

Traffic hazard reported on Little Goose Dam Road where rocks had fallen from the cliffs onto the roadway; referred to county road department. Vehicle prowl on Wolf Fork Road; stereo system taken from vehicle.

Dec. 18

Theft reported on W. Main Street; 30-year-old Dayton man Dustin Stinson cited and released for third-degree theft. Theft of bicycle on E. Richmond Avenue. Fraud reported on S. 4th Street; solicitor attempting to obtain credit card information over the phone. Theft of prescription medications from a residence on E. Jackson Street.

Dec. 19

Theft of a gazing ball and a wreath from a home on N. Cherry Street. Vandalism to a home on E. Race Street; BB holes found in the windows of the house. Report of vehicle prowl and attempted gas theft on E. Dayton Avenue.

Dec. 20

Vehicle prowl reported on E. Main Street; victim's car was gone through and $600-$800 taken from wallet inside the car. Non-injury collision reported on Weinhard Road; under investigation.

Dec. 21

Report of an aggressive dog on N. 5th Street; owner warned to keep dog on a leash and get the animal licensed. Report of an injured falcon on S. Touchet Road; referred to the Washington State Fish and Wildlife Department. Theft reported on Strom Road; resident missing a dark brown quarter horse with white socks last seen the evening of Dec. 20.
