Waitsburg students to honor Veterans through music, dance, speech, and movement.

WAITSBURG — The Waitsburg School District will host a special Veterans Program on Monday, November 10 at 1:30 p.m. in the Waitsburg High School Gymnasium.

Led by music teacher Elizabeth Jagelski, the event will feature musical performances and readings from students in grades K–12, all dedicated to honoring local veterans for their service and sacrifice.

“This program gives our students the chance to connect what they learn in music to something real and meaningful,” said Jagelski. “It’s about expressing gratitude and bringing our community together.”

The public is warmly invited to attend. Veterans and their families will be recognized during the performance. Handicap-accessible parking and an entrance are available from Willard Street.
