Prescott School District Students of the Month

PRESCOTT - Congratulations to two Prescott students recognized as Prescott School District's Students of the Month.

Alejandro Madrigal was nominated by his ELA and Social Studies teacher, Travis Zigler, who said, "I nominate Y8 Alejandro Madrigal. He's active, works hard, asks for help, contributes, and is just an overall good student. What stands out recently is that he asked to update his essay after he received his grade -not for a better grade, but just to improve. Grrreat job Alejandro."

Alina Salvador was nominated by her teacher, Angela Adams, who said, "I would like to nominate Alina Salvador for Student of the Month. Alina consistently puts forth her best effort in everything she does. She approaches challenges with a positive attitude and always strives to improve. In addition to her strong work ethic, Alina goes out of her way to help others. Her kindness, determination, and willingness to help make her a wonderful role model for her peers."
