Marion Duncan

Marion Duncan has attended Waitsburg Schools since the sixth grade. She attended Running Start at Walla Walla Community College full-time during her junior year. This year, she took one class at WWCC while attending classes at WHS.

Duncan has been involved in FFA for four years, where she showed sheep for two years, competed in numerous competitions, and was FFA secretary during her sophomore and junior years.

She participated in track for four years, plays fiddle with the Skyline Strings bluegrass group, and has eight years of ballet training.

After graduation, Duncan plans to work for Dixie Acres Farm and attend WSU in the fall to major in Ag Education. She would like to be an ag teacher at a small high school.

Her volunteering activities include FFA, NHS Blood Drive, food drives, and making salmon boards for the Lions Club.

Duncan's favorite memory was attending the FFA National Convention in Indianapolis during her junior year. She enjoyed meeting other attendees and learning about all there is to do in FFA.  

Jackson Karl

Jackson Karl started preschool in Waitsburg and, since his junior year, attended Running Start at Walla Walla Community College.

Karl played football and basketball for four years. He added baseball this year and was captain of the football, basketball, and baseball teams his senior year.

He has been in FFA for six years, participating in competitions and serving as treasurer his junior year. He is a three-year member of the National Honor Society.

Karl volunteered flamingo flocking for FFA and assisted at the NHS blood drives, food drives, and dog food drives. He has also helped at school concession stands, set up for the Lions Club salmon and rib feeds, and helped register ATV riders during Waitsburg Celebration Days this year.

After graduation, Karl will be a lifeguard at the Walla Walla or Prescott public pools. He will attend Arizona State University to earn a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. While at ASU, he would like to intern at General Motors before pursuing a master's degree.

His favorite memory is playing in the state basketball tournament in his sophomore year.

Chasity Paddock

Chasity Paddock has been a student at Waitsburg schools since the fourth grade. She has been taking online classes through the Running Start program at the Walla Walla Community College and at Waitsburg High School.

Paddock showed goats at the Walla Walla Fair as a four-year FFA member. She competed in prepared public speaking and was on the Vet Science team her senior year. She has been in 4-H for ten years and showed goats at the Dayton fair.

She was a cheerleader for three years, a member of Youth and Government her junior year, and played mandolin and guitar for seven years with the Touchet Valley Acoustic Music program in Waitsburg.

Paddock enjoys volunteering with TVAMP's Toddler Grass! Classes and helps set up bluegrass concerts, including the Pioneer Fall Festival and the Rhythm & Fun Festival. She also helped plant flowers in the Main Street pot this year.

After graduation, Paddock plans to obtain her Associate of Arts in Business at Walla Walla Community College and then run a coffee shop/bookstore or interior design business.

Her favorite memories are cheerleading and attending the 2025 FFA Convention in her senior year, hanging out with people, and receiving her State FFA degree.
