The Times - Serving Waitsburg, Dayton and the Touchet Valley

Parents Ben and Samantha Shafer (WHS graduates) of Twin Falls, Idaho, announce the birth of their son Thomas Roy Shafer. Thomas was born at St. Lukes Hospital on Tuesday, January 17, weighing 5 pounds 4 ounces. After spending six days in the NICU, everyone is home and healthy.

Grandparents are Neil and Linda Henze of Waitsburg, and Ed and Stasia Shafer of Scappoose, Oregon. Great-grandparents are Donnarae Smith of Waitsburg and Monty and Susan Price of Walla Walla and Steve Shafer of College Place.
