Sat. December 21 - Family Caroling 5 - 7 p.m. Anyone from the community is welcome to meet at our church at 5 p.m. to go caroling throughout the town. There will be a flatbed trailer for carolers to ride on. Waitsburg Christian Church is also opening their doors to the community for a free Christmas dinner on Monday, December 23rd. The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints at 1114 S. 3rd St. will have a special Christmas service on Sun. Dec. 22 at 10 a.m.

Dayton Nazarene Church at 402 E. Tremont St. will have advent Sunday services at 11 a.m. through

Dec. 22. There is no Christmas Eve service.

Dayton United Methodist Church at 110 S. 3rd St. will have Candlelight, Carols and Communion on Christmas Eve at 6 p.m.

First Christian Church at 214 S. 3rd St will have caroling, and a chili cook-off on Dec. 22 beginning at 4 p.m. Christmas Eve service is at 5:30 p.m.

Dayton First Congregational Church at 214 S. 3rd St. is having Breakfast with Santa from 8-10 a.m. on Sat. Dec. 14. There will be a Soup and Sandwich Shoppers lunch at 11 a.m. on the same day, and a Bake Sale from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. A candlelight service is planned for Christmas Eve at 7 p.m.

Grace Episcopal Church at 301 S. 3rd St. will have a Christmas Eve service at 5 p.m.

Faith Chapel at 653 Wagon Rd. will have the annual Christmas concert featuring the Tri Cities Steel Band Association at 3 p.m. on Sat. Dec. 14. Admission is free. They are accepting nonperishable food items for the food bank.

Redeemer Lutheran Church at 601 S. 3rd St will have their annual children’s program at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday Dec. 22. Christmas Eve service is at 7 p.m.

St. Joseph Catholic Church at 112 S. 1st St. will celebrate Christmas Day Mass at 11:15 a.m.

The United Brethren Church at 1106 S. 4th St. will have the Christmas Cantata It Was a Starry Night on Sun. Dec. 15 at 10:45 a.m. There is no Christmas Eve service.
