Juvenile problem: three juveniles in black riding their skateboards down Main Street in front of the Best Western Hotel. Youth were contacted and advised to stay out of the street. Suspicious vehicle: newer black Acura spotted behind the football field taking pictures. Deputy was unable to locate vehicle. Civil disturbance in 400 Block of S. 6th, cleared with deputy contact. Erratic vehicle westbound on US 12, deputy unable to locate. Found property: possible explosive device located in the basement of a residence in the 1300 block of S. 2nd. Transfer...
