Ebony and Ivory Benefit Concert Saturday

DAYTON - The second annual Ebony and Ivory benefit concert will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Liberty Theater in Dayton.

The concert will present the Touchet Valley’s finest classical pianists, Randy Pearson, Jim Thorn, Nicholas Pearson and newcomer Beau Gerard, of Walla Walla. Vocalist Chuck Reeves will add to the mood by singing the “Lord’s Prayer.”

Bethany Moser will sing “Jesu, Bambino,” and once again featured singer Chloe Pearson will bring a contemporary feel to the show. Another artist returning to the stage is “Cinderella’s Prince” Chad Pearson, playing his acoustic guitar.

A reception will follow the concert, where audience members can meet and greet the artists while tasting chocolates, champagne, and cider in the Liberty Theater annex.

Tickets for the Ebony and Ivory benefit concert are $15.00 for adults and $12.00 for students. All proceeds go toward the Liberty Theater and TVAC’s live performances. The concert is produced and directed by Elizabeth Arebalos-Jagelski
