Report of fraud on S. 4th Street. Mission person reportedon N. Touchet Road, unfounded. License violation on E.Tremont Street; door-to-door salesman without City permit.Citation for expired license and speed on W. Main Street.

Jan. 31

Citation for no valid operator's license/without identifica­tion on Highway 12. Citation for speed, no proof of insuranceand no valid operator's license/without identification on N.Touchet Road. Civil dispute at Hammer Down Gym; peoplenot paying for use of the gym. Traffic Hazard on Highway12, vehicle towed. Suspicious person reported at CemeteryEntrance Road. Report of trespassing on Mead Road.

Vehicle prowl reported on S. Pine Street, unfounded.Report of railaroad tie blocking railway on S. 4th Street. Cellphone found on W. Main Street. Male dressed in all-black ranwhen homeowner came outside on E. Dayton Avenue.

Feb. 4

Forklift stuck and blocking roadway on Weinhard Road.One vehicle rollover accident on Wolf Fork Road, no trans­port. Hit and run at Valley View Court; vehicle hit side of adoublewide and left scene.


Feb. 5

Report of attempted residential burglary on S. 4th Street;nothing missing. Report of panhandline on W. Main Street.Domestic violence reported on E. Commercial Street, un­founded.

Feb. 6

Report of open door on E. Washington Avenue. Report ofjuvenile problem on E. Main Street. Traffic Hazard on Min­nick Hill; transferred to dispatch agency. Report of missingjuvenile on Bruce Road; deputy was able to locate juvenilequickly and reunite him with parent. Theft of vehicle re­ported on E. Main Street, unfounded.

Suspicious red light flashing on S. 3rd Street. Non-injuryvehicle accident; one vehicle in ditch on Highway 12. Noninjury accident reported on East Main. Hit and run accidenton Highway 12; vehicle hit guardrail.

Adult male panhandling at local business. Vehicles inSno-Park without permit were ticketed. Speeding citations.Citizen concerned about leaning flag at American WestBank. Arrest on warrants. Domestic violence on W. Main,verbal only.

Open shop door reported on Highway 12. Traffic hazard,vehicle pulling sled and passengers. Speeding citation. Sus­picious circumstance; vehicle trying to drive to the top of ahigh snow pile in church parking lot. Snow drifts on roadwayon Tucannon Road, county road department advised.

Abandoned vehicle blocking traffic on S. Touchet Road.Violation of restraining order on E. Washington Avenue.Fraud report, handled by other agency. Deer vs. vehicle acci­dent on Highway 12, both left the scene. Occupied, disabledvehicle on Highway 12, towed by Kyle's Towing. Suspiciousperson seen checking door to business on E. Main Street.Fish and Game incident on Weinhard Road. Non injury ac­cident on Highway 12, no damage to car.
