Now that the City side- walk policy has been ap- proved, volunteers are need- ed to create an inventory of cracks, breaks, gaps, etc. City Administrator Randy Hinchliffe is also forming a list of homeowners inter- ested in paying for materials, with the City providing la- bor, to repair their sidewalks.
