    Ten Years Ago October 28, 2004 Zach Bartlow, the sone of Jeff and Lori Bartlow of Waitsburg, finished third in a sectional punt, pass and kick event last weekend in Pasco. His score totaled 211 feet, six inches. Bartlow, 11, appeared in the competition by winning the Walla Walla event three weeks earlier.
