The win came as coach Troy Larsen shuffled his offense, focusing almost completely on the running game. DW was hit with 16 penalties in the game, including a rash of flags in the second quarter, which stifled their offense and led to 19 unanswered Irish points that quarter. LEWISTON – Former Waitsburg High athlete Owen Lanning, now a junior at Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, has qualified for the NAIA National outdoor track and field finals this week in the decathlon event. The meet will begin Thursday in Gulf Shores, Ala. The decathlon includes ten separate events held over two days – Thursday and Friday.
