DAYTON—Dayton’s Liberty Theater will be one of more than 300 venues around the world to showcase nine short films as part of the Manhattan Short Film Festival, taking place here Sept. 27-30 and Oct. 2. The Liberty is one of only three festival venues in the inland northwest. The films were selected from 1,565 entries from 73 countries.
