Dayton's Katie Leid became president of the Elementary School Principals Association in April and attended the National Association of Elementary School Principals' National Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C., last month. The Dayton Elementary Principal says the networking she's done through the organization has been invaluable for herself and the district.
