V. Lingow was the winner of the quilt that was raffled last Tuesday at the Dayton Dog Park Kick-off event . Meagan Bailey (l) and Carol Rahn did the honors. The quilt was made by Laura Tolman of Waitsburg, and the raffle raised $200 to benefit the Dayton Dog Park, according to Jones.
