John Langford of Waitsburg's Public Works crew checked out a light fixture and smiled for the camera while replacing the city boulevard banners with newly purchased Waitsburg Celebration Days banners last week. Plans are well underway for the traditional Celebration Days weekend that takes place the third weekend of May each year.
