I was deeply involved in making the decision NOT to invite the Sheriff candidates BECAUSE the Lion's Club is a civic organization. In 1937, due to the dry and dusty weather conditions of the time, the family left their farm in South Dakota.     DAYTON - According to Columbia County Health System clinic manager Cheryl Skiffington, more than 350 patients at the two clinics run by CCHS - the Columbia Family Clinic in Dayton and the Waitsburg Clinic - have been diagnosed with diabetes.
