Vicky Zoller sent The Times this photo of Belinda saying, "I liked it because of how hard she's worked - I saw her out there running around - she's amazing."

DAYTON-Another year and another great start to the holiday season. The Dayton Chamber of Commerce pulled out all the stops for the 2022 Christmas Kickoff weekend. So many ways to celebrate with ugly sweaters on the run, visits from reindeer and Izzy the camel, the Festival of Trees, the Lighted Parade, Santa, and fireworks.

There were plenty of shopping opportunities, a grinchy movie with popcorn, mule-drawn hayrides, and loads of local food, wine, spirits, and beer.

It always takes a lot of planning and decorating by business owners and volunteers. Thanks to Belinda Larsen, Executive Director of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, for all her work at the helm. While managing the festivities, she could still take photos and enjoy herself.
