Request for Proposal

The Waitsburg School District is seeking proposals for building entrance video and card activated access control. We are looking into installing these in 20 different entrances located within 3 different buildings all tied together via a data network. Proposals should include cost for the equipment, installation of indoor/outdoor cameras, card activated door locks, data/video storage server, software with user defined control capabilities, and any other necessary items that are associated with a system of this type. Training for certain district staff would be required for use of the equipment. Please plan to train 5 people.

If the district decides to move forward with this project it would not take place until the summer months when the buildings have a limited amount of student and staff present. We would like the proposal to include timelines with different segment completion dates and a final project completion date. Installation may begin no sooner than June 17, 2019. The project needs to be done prior to August 15th, 2019.

If you have any other questions or would like to visit the site please contact Colter Mohney at 509-337-6351 ext. 3400 or by email at cmohney@waitsburgsd.org.

Proposal Submission

Requested Proposals may be dropped off at the Waitsburg School District office located at 184 Academy Street, Waitsburg WA 99361 or mailed to Waitsburg School District, PO Box217, Waitsburg WA 99361.
