The total sum owing on the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust is: the principal sum of $68,581.81, together with interest as provided in the Note, Deed of Trust, or other instrument secured from 2/2/2018 on, and such other costs, fees, and charges as are due under the Note, Deed of Trust, or other instrument secured, and as are provided by statute. V. The above-described real property will be sold to satisfy the expense of sale and the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust as provided by statute. Said sale will be made without warranty, expressed or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances on 1/4/2019. The default(s) referred to in Paragraph III must be cured before this sale date (if curable) to cause a discontinuance of the sale. The sale will be discontinued and terminated if the default as set forth in Paragraph III is cured. The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor, and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor, of all their interest in the above-described property. IX. Small Works Roster

Columbia County Health District (CCHD) maintains a Small Works Roster which the District may utilize and update annually. Small Works contracts are for projects up to $300,000.00 in value in accordance with RCW’s 39.04.010, 39.04.155, and 36.32.250. This policy may be used as an alternative to formal advertisement and biding of Public Works. Companies that have previously submitted applications and have been listed on the Small Works Roster, should submit a new application to update the information in our records. CCHD complies with the Prevailing Wage Law of the State of Washington (RCW 39.12) and requires all contractors to comply. All applicants must be properly registered and licensed to perform such work in the State of Washington.
