WAITSBURG-Waitsburg's Library was started in 1884 by the Ladies Library Association. Around 1930, it moved to the Bruce House, thanks to the generosity of Miss Fanny and Mrs. Martin Weller. In 1947, it then moved to the back room of its current building, which was then City Hall.
