GJ-30812 applied to temporarily appropriate public waters, subject to existing rights, from five wells at the rate of 662 gallons per minute, and 265 acre-feet per year, for the purpose of

irrigation of 125 acres. The water use is proposed to be mitigated by a temporary lease of water held in Trust as instream flows by the Department of Ecology.
