Retired Army Reserve Captain, John Bret IV Moser swore in his son, David Moser, to the National Guard at the Spokane Military Entrance Processing Station on Fri., Jan. 12. David is currently attending SEATech Skills Center in Walla Walla where he is taking the Advanced Manufacturing & Welding Technology program. "I have joined the National Guard to serve my country, which is a great honor, and keep the family tradition going," David said.
