A woman was found driving a stolen vehicle and was arrested on Main Street in Waitsburg, at approximately 12:30 p.m., for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving while license suspended, operating a motor vehicle without a valid operator’s license/without identification, and on two felony warrants out of Umatilla County. Washington State Patrol and WWCSO deputies were involved in the arrest and the arrestee was not compliant.
