Suspicious circumstance at the Waitsburg Fairgrounds,

deputy doing building checks noticed lock hasp on door to camera booth in the grandstands had been pried off, a sleeping bag

was found in side of booth indicating that someone had been

sleeping in the camera booth, City Hall notified about damage

and sleeping bag was placed into evidence at Sheriff's Office.

Driver arrested for DUI on Lower Waitsburg Road near Hart

Road.

Suspicious person found hiding on porch of a residence

in the 200 block of Warren Street, subject ran off after being

discovered by resident.

Theft of a bicycle on North Second Street. Commercial burglary on Smith Hollow Road. Juvenile truancy problem on South

Third Street. Theft reported on North Fifth Street. Vandalism on

East Washington Avenue.

Items reported missing in a burglary on East Clay Street that

has already been reported. Information on a juvenile arrest.

Assault reported on Powers Road, deputies are investigating

the report, no arrests made, no further information. Residential

burglary reported on East Richmond Avenue, investigated by

deputy, several tools reported missing, no suspects at this time.

Suspicious juvenile reported on East Dayton Avenue, unfounded.

Phone scam reported on South Fifth Street. Strange, loud noise

reported on West Second Street. Residential burglary reported

on West Richmond Avenue, occurred last fall, information taken

by deputy while investigating another case.

Suspicious circumstances reported on South Second Street,

unfounded. Juvenile reportedly left school grounds at Dayton

Elementary, deputy response canceled when child returned to

school with parent. Possible prowler reported on South Willow

Street, deputy unable to locate. Domestic dispute reported on

East Richmond Avenue, verbal only. Driver arrested for driving

with a suspended license on West Main Street, booked and released. Noise reported on East Richmond Avenue, unfounded,

unable to locate. Reckless driving reported on Highway 12,

vehicle stopped by deputy. Chair reported in the middle of the

highway, deputy unable to locate. Possible drug use reported

on West Main Street, will be investigated by deputies.

Welfare check requested on West Main Street, deputy contacted female with a "will work for food" sign, subject is healthy

and OK, was advised to seek assistance with food bank and

Project Timothy. Civil dispute on East Dayton Avenue, handled

by deputy phone contact. Threats reported on East Patit Avenue,

neighbor dispute. Civil matter reported on South Fourth Street, no

deputy response requested. Fight reported on South Third Street,

turned out to be a domestic, criminal trespass order served.

Lost property reported on Stedman Road. Possible reckless

vehicle reported on Highway 12.

Child neglect reported on East Main Street. Stray animal

reported on Eager Road. Unwanted subject reported on South

Third Street. Non-injury accident on Hatley Gulch Road. Dangerous animal reported on South Fourth Street. Driver pulled over

for driving with a suspended license in the third degree.
