Pam Alexenko was recognized as the 2020 Employee of the Year. For many years, Pam has gotten students at the Waitsburg School District to school safely. Waitsburg School District Superintendent Mark Pickel was recognized as the 2021 Employee of the Year, nominated by former school board chairman Ross Hamann. City of Waitsburg Administrator Randy Hinchliffe was recognized as the 2022 Employee of the Year. Judy Bennett, the owner of the American 35, presented the award.
