Building owners Kim Lyonnais (l) and Blaine Bicklehaupt are renovating the old Frontier Too tavern at 211 East Main Street in Dayton. When finished, the 4400 sq. ft. building will have four apartments and a caretaker's apartment on the second floor, along with a commercial enterprise on the main floor.
