The list of recipients of the Notice of Default is listed within the Notice of Foreclosure provided to the Borrower(s) and Grantor(s). These requirements were completed as of 1/11/2018. VII. The Trustee whose name and address are set forth below will provide in writing to anyone requesting it, a statement of all costs and fees due at any time prior to the sale. VIII. The effect of the sale will be to deprive the Grantor and all those who hold by, through or under the Grantor of all their interest in the above-described property. IX. Anyone having any objections to this sale on any grounds whatsoever will be afforded an opportunity to be heard as to those objections if they bring a lawsuit to restrain the sale pursuant to RCW 61.24.130. The Columbia County Rural Library District Board of Trustees

is taking applications from anyone interested in completing the remainder of a five-year term as trustee, ending March 3, 2021, at which time an application can be made for reappointment. Applications must be received by Chair Tanya Patton at the Dayton Memorial Library, 111 S. 3rd St, by July 10, 2018. 

After interviews, one name will then be recommended to the Columbia County Commissioners for appointment.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Board of Columbia County Commissioners is seeking citizen input regarding data centers, and crypto mining/ crypto currency facilities, and the pros and cons of allowing them in the County.

A Public Meeting will be conducted in the commissioners’ quarters, located at 311 East Main Street, during their regular meeting day on Monday, July 16th, 2018 at 7 p.m. The Commissioners will consider the comments and suggestions received in future County planning endeavors.

Written comments may be mailed or dropped off at the commissioners’ quarters prior to the meeting. Emailed comments may be submitted at commissioners_@co.columbia.wa.us.
