DAYTON - Parent to Parent is hosting a family picnic at the Dayton City Park on Sunday at 4 p.m., for families with special needs children.

Parent to Parent is sponsored by the Walla Walla Valley Disability Network, a nonprofit whose mission is to walk along-side parents on the journey of “a new normal.”
